Maintenance and Recommended Products: To preserve the hair and ensure longevity, finger combing is suggested. If you choose to comb the extensions, use a wide tooth comb (preferably a detangling brush) and start from the ends then work your way up. Co-wash the hair weekly/biweekly. Apply HydraLuxe Extreme Moisturizing Conditioner generously to wet hair from root to tip then rinse thoroughly. After co-washing, spray a generous amount of Mega Moisture Leave-In Condish throughout your fresh, clean hair. Seal in moisture with HydraLuxe Growth & Anti-Itch Serum. Apply directly to the scalp and/or extensions. Define curls and add moisture with HydraLuxe Moisturizing Enhancer Gel. Style as desired.
If/when there is product build up, use HydraLuxe Gentle Refining Shampoo to cleanse extensions and scalp. Apply a quarter size amount of HydraLuxe Gentle Refining Shampoo to your extensions. Cover evenly throughout your hair and scalp.
Hair Dye - The hair can be dyed. This hair has gone through a steam process to achieve the texture. Be aware that the lighter you dye the hair the looser the curls may become.
Straightening Hair - The hair can be straightened. Be aware that this hair has gone through a steam process to achieve the texture. Straightening the hair could alter the texture.

The pony itself is beautiful, but it doesn't match my hair as much as I would like. My hair texture is a more of a 4a more coily. I will most likely wear it as a bun more than a ponytail

The quality of the hair is there and good. I really want to give this 3.5, not quite a 4. I really wish the net where the drawstring is was larger/wider. If you have a lot of hair and don’t want to blow out your natural hair the small net makes it impossible to cover a lot braided down natural hair. With that said I have been wearing it and just wrap the drawstring around my natural ponytail for security.

Wish it was longer and had more combs. Would like to have draw string shorter in order ti hide it better.

20" is the longest ponytail we offer, but you can always use the bundles to create a ponytail look. A great way to hide the string is to wrap it around the base of the ponytail once it's installed. Wrapping the string also adds security.

I recently ordered the ponytail (16 inch) and I must say the hair is do very natural, everyone at work loves it, said my curl gal ponytail fits me better than any other style I've done. The only thing I will say, when I cowash or conditioned it the very first time before wearing, just a little shedding to report but fast fwd to now, it's all good.
